Program overview
The OTHM L4 (MQF L5) Diploma in Tourism and Hospitality Management is an undergraduate-level programme designed to develop students’ foundation knowledge in tourism, hospitality operations, customer service, business environment, finance, academic study skills, and people management. At ECI Malta, the programme is offered as an OTHM UK qualification and supports progression to higher-level tourism and hospitality study or related degree pathways.
