Visa guidance

A Schengen short-stay visa allows eligible non-EU travelers to visit the Schengen area for up to 90 days in any 180-day period. Bangladeshi ordinary passport holders generally need a Schengen visa before travel. Applicants should apply through the country that is the main destination. If there is no main destination, the first Schengen country of entry is usually used. Each embassy or external service provider can have country-specific checklists and appointment rules.
